Job Description
This company is looking for people who can play an active role and grow together on the increasingly sophisticated server side.
Looking to create new web services more and more with the know-how they have cultivated so far and with your technical capabilities, mainly in cloud environments such as Azure / AWS.
・ Requirement definition, design, development and release of new Web services
・ Operation and maintenance including addition of existing Web service functions
・ Proposals to increase the market value of services
*not dispatched to other companies.
Working Conditions
Working Hours:
Flextime system (core time from 10:00 to 15:00)
Holidays
2 days a week (Saturday / Sunday), holidays, summer/winter holidays, annual paid holidays, special holidays, etc.
Welfare
・ Holiday allowance and late-night allowance are provided separately
・ Transportation fee provided separately (upper month 150,000 yen)
・ Salary revision: Twice a year-(can be promoted at any time according to growth)
■ Required skills/experience
・ Japanese level N3
・ Medical-scale service development and operational experience including infrastructure (approx. 3 years or more)
・ Architecture design of the entire system (approx. 3 years or more)
・ Development and operation in cloud or virtual environment (approx. 3 years or more)
・ System development experience in server side languages (C ++, PHP, Ruby, Java, Python, Go, etc.) (Approximately 5 years)
・ Design, operation experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL system (approx. 3 years or more)
■ Welcome skills/experience
・ Service development from zero
・ Service quality analysis and countermeasures
・ Analysis and improvement of development operation cycle
・ Test-driven development (TDD) practice
・ Engineer team management experience
・ Business level English conversation
・ Ability to negotiate with clients

【業務条件】
勤務時間:
フレックスタイム制（コアタイム10：00〜15：00）
休日
完全週休2日制(土・日) 、祝日、夏季・冬季休暇、年次有給休暇、特別休暇 他

・交通費別途支給（上限月15万円）
・給与改定：年2回〜（成長に応じで随時昇級可能）
■必要なスキル/経験
・日本語レベルN3程度
・中規模以上なサービスの開発・インフラを含めた運用経験（目安3年以上）
・システム全体のアーキテクチャ設計（目安3年以上）
・クラウドもしくは仮想環境下における開発と運用（目安3年以上）
・サーバーサイド言語（C++、PHP、Ruby、Java、Python、Go等）でのシステム開発経験（目安5年以上）
・MySQL、PostgreSQL、NoSQL系の設計運用経験（目安3年以上）
