We set up this service to increase opportunities to find employment in Japanese companies for foreign nationals and foreign nationals who have graduated (are graduating) from vocational school and universities.
Flow from entry to Job recruitment
Step 1: Job Application
After applying to the job via Jobsinjapan.com, qualified candidates will be contacted via our representatives for more information and initial screening.
Step 2: Interview with Career Advisor (CA)
Candidates passing the initial screening are contacted to set up an interview by email or telephone. In this step, the career advisor will confirm information such as your present education/employment status, recruitment process and give advice on further steps.
A Skype interview is possible for those who are out of Kanto and Japan. You can discuss with Career Advisor (CA) items that were not in your application or resume.
STEP 3: Application Selection / Interview Guide
In this step, our career advisor will guide you for the particular company interview selection schedule along with advice/tips to make the interview be more successful.
After receiving the interview result from the company, the Career Advisor will inform you about the results, feedback, and advice on further steps.
You will get valuable feedback no matter if you were successful or not, which is invaluable in your further success.
