Company Description:

ALTIA CENTRAL, in its current form, started more than 15 years ago providing educational ALT services to the public school system in Japan.

ALTIA CENTRAL’s slogan is a simple one - “Today's Impression - Tomorrow's Dream”. This has been translated from the Japanese phrase "Kandou-no-hajimari", a phrase which seeks to create a feeling that, through a positive impression of English today, people can achieve, through English, their dreams of tomorrow.

However, ALTIA CENTRAL is not in business simply to teach English. We are involved with the development of children at all levels. This is a responsibility we do not take lightly. Our aim is to provide the highest quality ALTs, ALT support services, working conditions and support network, as this in turn provides the best positive experience for the students, the customers and even the ALTs!

By dealing with customers, students, and employees honestly and showing respect and trust, we will positively effect the development of the students and meet or exceed out quality and growth goals.

ALTIA CENTRAL employs nearly 300 ALTs teaching successfully in more than 10 prefectures in central Japan and taking part in the development of tens of thousands of children every day.
