Job Description:

FocusCore is a boutique human resources and recruitment service agency in Asia. We are expanding our Japan operations and will be hiring three recruitment consultants to the team.  

Responsibilities
As a consultant, we will provide you with the top training, tools and technology to assist you in developing into a professional. Individuals work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual business growth targets. A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills are required for this position.

Every day is surprisingly different! You’ll be doing a combination of the following:
  • Prospecting for new client business by meeting hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Making recommendations to clients regarding the candidates who have the skills and experience for the job.
  • Providing customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met.
  • Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts, direct recruiting, and most importantly, referrals.
  • Meeting with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.
Salary
Base salary + Commission (4 times a year)

For example, 2nd year consultant realistically can earn up to 14 million Yen annually
