Job Description:

We are a two-year English-language vocational college with major courses of study ranging from English and business to airline and tourism. We are located within 2 to 3 minutes from Kanda Station in downtown Tokyo.

KIFL is an excellent place to grow as an educator in a bold, innovative and supportive environment.

We have a diverse faculty from many countries and backgrounds and offer opportunities to teach at the post-secondary level in classes of 15-18 students. Many of our teachers have taught with us for many years and we have great support for part-time teachers.

The English for International Communication Program, our required course for all students, spans 2 years and is known for its innovative use of technology in the classroom through the use of iPads and task-based curriculum.

Our 90-minute classes (1 Koma) are either twice-a-week classes or three-times-a-week classes for three terms: Term 1 (Mid-April to late-July); Term 2 (September to mid-December); Term 3 (January to the beginning of March).

We are only offering part-time employment at this particular point in time with a maximum of 9 Koma at KIFL, but offer more opportunities to work within our umbrella organization, the Sano Educational Foundation.

We offer in-depth, paid training so that you can adapt quickly to our teaching philosophy.
