Job Description:

Dyrka International School is an International kindergarten serving children from age 3 to 5  in Kamata City, Tokyo. We opened in April 2018. Dyrka International School is a small school (Max 22 kids acceptable) and only uses English. We have one more kindergarten in Shinagawa and also have an after school for 6-12 year old children.
In Shinkamata, 2 teachers from Germany and 2 Japanese teachers are working currently.

Dyrka International School is looking for an experienced/qualified kindergarten teacher for the new international school in Kamata City. Getting working Visa and Visa extension support will be available.

Our aims
1. To help the Children develop a healthy mind and body We will build a reliable relationship with the children based on health and safety.
2. To encourage children to be positive and independentWe will help children to be more independent by creating a reliable environment for children.
3. To nurture richness of spiritWe will give richness of spirit and thinking ability to children.
4. To develop creativity and expressive powerWe will help them to develop skills to express themselves using verbal and non-verbal communications.
We will offer high- quality early education in English. Also, we think learning Japanese is very important to kids too. So, we will give kids English lessons which including basic speaking, reading and writing. And teach Japanese culture, manner and academic skills. We will provide special activity times called “Imagination time” which comes from Sweden. This class will help kids to get social skills and communication ability.

Hours
  • Dyrka International School opens from 7:30 to 18:30
  • Overtime: Around 10 hours per month (overtime an allowance for overtime work)
  • Regular working days are Monday to Friday (once a month work on Saturday)
  • 9 hours a day (Including 1 hour break) during school open hours
 
Holidays
  • Every Sunday, Public holidays, Golden Week, Obon break (1day) & New year(12/29~1/3)
  • 10 paid vacations after 6 months of employment

  • Lunch (210 yen per day)
