With five facilities in Ikebukuro, Hatagaya, Jinbocho, Nippori, Asakusa and Tokyo, Sakura Hotel is an international hotel whose guests visit from more than 100 countries. There are jobs in our cafes and restaurants, which are open 24 hours a day. On a daily basis, you will commonly taste our world cuisines and beers, and meet people from countries you have never been too and people in the local community. 

In the kitchen, menu development and weekly changes to lunches and party courses mainly with food from around the world are left up to you. You can also learn cooking from guests, incorporate that into menus and prepare food from countries whose cuisine you are interested in. The hall is a workplace where there is exchange with like-minded customers and our staff, and Japanese, English and global languages fly around. You can also plan events with your ideas by putting your efforts into event planning and management.

General kitchen work, food preparation, cooking, cleaning/dish washing, etc. 

As the menu is updated daily, this provides an interesting opportunity for creative chefs/cooks/staff to be involved with creating the menu and offering exciting dishes to our patrons. The working environment is enjoyable and one is not limited to cooking one type of dish.  

Salary 
  • 250,000 – 350,00 yen / month (Depending on experience) 
  • Bonus: Twice a year  

Working Hours 
  • 8 hour shift, once a day between 09:00 hrs – 24:00 hrs  
  • One hour break  
  • 40 hours per week 
  • Overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month
Holidays 
  • Two days off per week 
  • Summer, Winter holidays, etc.
