As an office assistant your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
 
*           General administration duties including scanning/photocopying/filing/ burning files onto diskettes
*           Updating spreadsheets and OA logbook 
*           Arrange mailing/delivering of documents
*           Office internal move and meeting rooms set up
*           Provide assistance in various office function / events.
*           Maintaining the office and pantry
