The Successful applicant must have:
  • A valid work visa. (Student, Working holiday visa and Tourist Visas are not accepted)
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or associate degree.
  • Be a native-level English speaker(this time we only hire someone from USA, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada)
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in Japan.
  • Experience of managing staff and some managerial skills
  • Has flexible mind and spirit of teamwork with Japanese staff in the office
  • Start working from either the middle of September or from the end of September.

7ACT has been an established English teaching school since the year 2000, with its Osaka branch opening up in 2002.
 
We started as an innovative English teaching company offering café style lessons with professionally vetted quality language instructors.
 
However, as times are changing, we are now looking for ways to remain ahead of the game.
The successful applicant for this position will be a great teacher, organiser and an ideas person with a go-getting attitude to help our company move forward in these competitive times for English tuition.
 
Although the starter salary is not lucrative, when you manage to help us get an edge over our competitors, you will be rewarded.

Position:     Foreign Personnel Assistant Manager
Hours:       3 nights a week, 4 hours in total each night (your choice of nights), & 6-8 hours on a Saturday.
Pay:         ¥2,000 per hour for the probation and training period. (3 months)
This will rise to up-to ¥2,300 per hour should the successful applicant work well with the dedicated Japanese staff
 
This is an employment position, and you will accrue holidays (paid time-off) after 6 months. The amount of paid time off depends on the hours you decide to do.

 Duties:
● Office lessons
● Responding to English emails
● Correcting student's homework
● Job interviews for potential teachers
● Making face book articles
● Trial lessons for prospective 7ACT students
▲ Helping Tokyo instructors with curriculum updates
▲ Handing out fliers with Japanese staff
◆ Participate in 7ACT’s special events (twice a year)
● Checking quality of lessons and support of corporate instructors

○ Administration of office instructors / managerial work
○ Checking and support of cafe instructors
○ Making office lessons
