Job Requirements:

Join our Japan compliance team and become part of a successful and expanding business.

You will utilise strong organizational and communication skills to work closely with the business and support divisions operating in Japan, and you will also have the opportunity to work with compliance colleagues across wider Asia. You will continue to learn how to monitor and report on the emerging risks, effectiveness of internal controls, processes and regulatory risks. Using technologies such as SMARTS you will ensure robust surveillance of staff and market activity. This team submits necessary data relating to trade surveillance upon inquiries from regulators and are also involved in preparing monthly exception, regulatory audit reporting and quarterly activity reporting to regional management.
