Job Description:

Join our Infrastructure and Real Assets team as a Manager/Senior Manager within our dynamic and supportive team in Tokyo. 

You will have the opportunity to work in the infrastructure private equity team in Japan, which focuses on the acquisition and management of infrastructure assets in Japan. 

You will be responsible for the day to day management of transactions which include investments, divestments and refinancing.   You will support with origination of new investment opportunities (particularly with Japanese corporates) and be responsible for managing existing fund assets by executing activities such as asset allocation and performance analysis through financial modelling and scenario analysis.

With a tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Investment Banking or the Infrastructure/utilities sector with hands on exposure to M&A and project Finance related activities.  Fluency in English and Japanese is essential.
 
You will have a high achievement drive with an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision.
