Job description
The candidate are responsible for the planning, operation and management of hotel. And handling of whole services,special accommodation.

Hotel work in two departments are available in: 
1. Service Department:
* Accommodation Department 
* Food and Beverage Department 
* Banquet Department 
* Weeding Department, Kimono Department 

2. Management Department: 
* Accounting 
* Personnel Affairs 
* Purchasing 
* Public Relations. Marketing etc.

Initial Salary for:
1. University graduates: 191,000 yen/month 
2. Junior College/ Specialty Graduate: 186,00 yen/month

■ Bonuses twice a year (July/ December)

■ Increase salary yearly one time (in March) 

■ Allowance / Commuting Allowance: Actual Expenses Payment 
* Corporate housing allowance: 50% of rent will be borne by the company (in principle, applied for 4 years) 
* Overtime allowance 
* Midnight Allowance: Paid for work after 22:00

Shift System / Actual Work 8 hours/ day
