Job Description:

Actiview (www.actiview.io) is a fast-growing startup that develops an innovative candidate assessment platform. The company employs an elite team of experts and scientists who work in cooperation with leading academic institutions, to take candidate assessment to the cutting edge of technology.
 
The Role:
As the company continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a psychologist for our research team.  
 
You will:
-          You will watch participants go through our VR experiences and evaluate their behavior in the virtual reality
-          You will conduct interviews
-          You will administer tests/questionnaire
-          You will watch videos of participants conducting our VR experiences and evaluate their behaviors in the Virtual environment.
-          As part of our research team, you will make sure that the research in conducting according to best practices
-          You will help make improvements and customize the VR experiences and behavioral understanding/evaluation of our product.  
You have:
-          Possess an MS Degree in one of the following: Organizational/occupational/Clinical psychologist.
-          English speaker- a must
-          Experience with job assessments- Advantage
