  • Answering inquiries on how to use the product, price and purchase method. Since it involves combining our services and suggesting system configurations according to customer needs, deep technical knowledge is required.
  • Combine our services and propose a system configuration that meets customer needs
  • Customer account creation support 
Technical support
  • Support customer's technical problem solving
  • Support for discovering the root cause of issues related to our products
  • Collaboration with development team to respond to troubles of the cloud platform, correspond to defects 
Feedback to the development side
  • Aggregate customer demand in the Japanese market
  • Feedback to Alibaba engineers for improving product quality and adding functions

Monthly salary: 272,800 yen - 471,200 yen
