Job Requirements:

Looking for talented cooks and chefs from all over the world. Visa support available for successful candidates (relevant experience required due to immigration requirements).
 
Work at one of our kitchens and take part in the every month completion with other chefs presenting their dishes.

What we need from you:
  • culinary degree and experience;
  • passion for cooking;
  • creativity;
  • ability to manage the kitchen, staff shifts;
  • cost control;
  • meeting hygiene and cleaning standards;

Job Description:

What we offer:
  • competitive salary (250,000~ regular full-time, 300,000~400,000 for chef and sous-chef label + performance bonus);
  • visa support for successful candidates;
  • various locations around Tokyo;
  • variety of cuisines to work with and learn from (Japanese, Italian, oriental, American/Mexican).
 
Transportation covered, performance bonus for meeting sales targets available twice a year.
