Job Requirements:

REQUIRED: A valid Japanese working visa (dependent visas are also acceptable)
*note: we do not sponsor visas

The following are items that would help greatly for this position:

* Experience with Brunswick bowling machines (ideally), or a proven mechanical background are ideal assets for this position.

* Experience in the service industry is another great asset.

* A service-minded attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* The ability to both engage with members, but also enforce the rules and codes of conduct.

Job Description:

-  Manages and coordinates with Alley Bowling and Billiard Captains and assists these captains in promoting sporting activities, including tournaments, leagues, game fixtures, uniforms and equipment.

-  Manages and coordinates with club members in charge of various junior sports activities to create and promote programs for children and teenage members.

-  Maintains an updated yearly calendar of Alley Bowling and Billiard activities of the club.

- Monitors and maintains safety conditions of Alley Bowling and Billiard facilities and reports immediately to the Sports Operations Manager when corrections are needed.

- Strictly abides by the purchasing procedures and receives approval of the Sports Operations Manager for any purchase that may be required before any purchase is made.

- Helps and plans various club functions related to utilizing Alley Bowling and Billiards to perform in the best interest of the club and its members.

​- Assist with various sports department related tasks from time-to-time.
