Job Description:

The main focus of this position is to promote company by developing and supporting business travel and events abroad. 
You will work closely with the marketing manager and sales team to support sales activities abroad (events, travel, etc) and utilize your event expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.

Primary duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to establish event objectives and business travel planning.
- Organize and manage business travel for sales executive (hotel and plane booking, visas application, customer visit planning, etc)
- Organize and manage events (planning and content, invitation, attendance, etc)
- Publicize event and works with marketing manager to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience.

We offer:

- Basic salary 180,000 JPY + transport fees (up to 15,000 JPY)
Salary can be negotiated based on experience.
- Bi-annual bonuses
- Friendly, comfortable work environment
