Applicants should be native speakers of English, have a university degree and be willing to commit at least a one year contract, enjoy working with children and be a team player.
Applicants would also be highly regarded if they hold education qualifications, conversational Japanese language skills and / or have previous teaching experience or childcare working experience.
JOYTALK is now accepting applications for native English speaking kindergarten teachers for in Shizuoka prefecture, starting from April 2017, with training in late March.
The positions are usually Monday to Friday with hours varying between 7:30am and 7:00pm, depending on the shift. The salary will depend on the position, as well as qualifications, teaching experience and Japanese language skills and as such will range between 200,000 and 250,000 yen per month and the successful applicant will be enrolled in the company's social insurance system which provides a 50% subsidy for Japanese health insurance and pension.
