Custom Media is an award-winning, bilingual, digital content-creation and communication agency in Tokyo celebrating its 10th anniversary.

 
We seek enthusiastic, ambitious, experienced and motivated account managers to join our dynamic and growing advertising team. 

Working at Custom Media you will be interacting with some of the largest multinational corporations in Japan on a daily basis. As publishers and exclusive advertising partners for the American Chamber of Commerce, British Chamber of Commerce, Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Tokyo American Club, in this role, you would be interacting with their members on a daily basis.   
 
We offer guaranteed remuneration plus generous bonus and commissions, transport allowance, paid vacations, training and excellent growth opportunities. 

Renumeration:
Base salary: 250,000 yen/month (negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience)
Commission: Uncapped

Responsibilities:
  • Sell advertising space for the Tokyo American Club, American and British & Canadian chambers of commerce magazines and digital media
  • Proactively contact existing and new clients 
  • Develop new business strategies and services to meet client’s needs
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met
  • Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
