Chimneys English School

Chimneys English School was established in 1996, in Fukuoka, on the island of Kyushu, Japan.

We offer a variety of immersive English language learning opportunities to our students. As a designated center for early childhood education, 認定こども園, we have full time classes for students from 2 to 6 years old. We also offer afternoon and weekend classes in our Jr. Club programs for students from elementary to high-school age.

Our teaching approach to uses a team of both local and international English speaking teachers in all of our classrooms. Our location just outside of the city center offers our students plenty of opportunities to interact with nature and outdoor play. We place a great deal of care on our childcare approach and learning environment. Our students are set on the path to becoming global citizens and don’t simply learn English, but use English to learn.
