Layam’s journey started in the year 2007 with a zeal to be a one stop solution provider to corporates, industries and educational institutions.

With the philosophy of Hire, Train & Deploy, our focus and emphasis are on People, Process & Productivity and this is strengthened by working on ‘reducing cost’, ‘ensuring quality’ and ‘scaling productivity’ in the industrial sector.

The genesis of our ethos is from our Leadership Team headed by our Chairman, Mr. Ramesh and our Director, Mr. Rohet Ramesh. Mr. Ramesh has over 40+ years of techno-commercial experience in the fields of HR, IR & Strategic Management, after serving with Tata’s and Hyundai. He established Layam after his retirement.
