About Proper English Academy
We are a foreigner owned and run school that has been operating in Horie in Osaka since 2010. While we teach both kids and adults the majority of our business is focused at kids. Our reputation is for teaching a higher level of English than most ordinary “Eikaiwa” and many of our students come from an international school background.
