Job Description
■Construction management
Civil engineering/Construction suprevisor(Architecture)
We will entrsut you with the construction management of new construction,
extension, and renovation work for condominiums, commercial facilities etc.
in the areas of the three Tokai prefectures.
●Construction planning: Create work process according to delivery date.
●Cost control: Arrangement of materials andd craftsmen
●Environmental management: Explanation of construction to residents
and neighboring residents.
●Site management/Progress confirmation: Quality, safety, process management, etc at this site.

●Regular car license(AT only)
●Preferential treatment for those who have more than
●2 years of construction management.
●Experience or 1st grade construction management qualification
■Salary
Monthly salary from 400,000yen
Annual income: 4.8 million to 7 million yen

Aichi prefecture
■Working hours:
8:00 to 18:00 (60 minutes break) +30 minutes x 2
9:00 to 18:00(8 hours of actual work, 60 minutes of break)
