Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated full-time staff to join our central kitchen located in Edogawa. Our central kitchen is where we passionately create all the delicious vegan lasagna, cakes, cookies, and energy bars that are served in our five stores (Haneda airport, Shinjuku Marui Honkan, Harajuku, Daikanyama and Edogawa). As we produce our delicacies in large volumes, we are looking for individuals who appreciate efficiency and have experience working in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of vegan lasagna, cakes, cookies, and energy bars.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or production environment is preferred.
- Passion for vegan cuisine and knowledge of plant-based ingredients.
