• Design and adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs and interests of each child in the classroom.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, and provide feedback to parents and caregivers through regular progress reports and parent-teacher conferences.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning through hands-on exploration and discovery.
• Model positive behavior and social skills, and teach children conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that supports learning and safety.
• Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all licensing, health, and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records as required.
