• Lives in a commutable area (Kamioka station on the Keikyu Line, Yokohama)

職務内容

NYC School Inc. is seeking a part-time English teacher for our school located near Kamiooka station (10 minute train ride from Yokohama station).

Our school is not a large corporation but an established family run school where we teach students from infants to adults. Our majority of students are in kindergarten and elementary schools.

Duties

• Teach age groups from infant to adult.
• Attend meetings (once a week) and events/parties (three times a year)
• Prepare class materials and set up the room for class

While experience is highly welcome, it is not a requirement training is available.

Working Hours:  (Not necessary to work all times listed below)

• Monday 15:30-18:30
• Tuesday 16:30-19:00
• Wed 16:30-19:00
• Thu 15:00-20:00
• Fri 15:30-19:30
• Sat 9:00-12:20

The position starts on August 28th Monday; however, there is a summer program from 7/31-8/11 where teachers can meet some students or get some training working with children.

Wages
2,300 yen-2,500 per hour plus transportation

Location
NYC School is located near Kamiooka station (9 minutes train ride from Yokohama station).
