◆ المهارات اللازمة

- متحدث أصلي باللغة العربية

- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية على مستوى الأعمال (TOEIC 800)

- خبرة عمل في المكتب / دراسة أي اختصاص يتعلق بالتسويق (على الأقل واحدة منهما)

- شخص مهتم بالمنتجات اليابانية والترويج لها في السوق العربية

- قدرة كتابة قوية - ضرورية لكتابة محتوى عالي الجودة ومثير للاهتمام يستهوي القراء، بالإضافة إلى التواصل بلباقة مع أصحاب المصلحة مثل موظفي الفعاليات والشركاء والعاملين المستقلين والمؤثرين.

◆ مهارات إضافية مفضلة

- خبرة في لتسويق للعملاء النهائيين في السوق العربية

- خبرة في كتابة الدعايات الإعلانية

- خبرة في التسويق مع المؤثرين

- خبرة في التسويق على أي منصات إعلانية مدفوعة، مثل إعلانات Google أو إعلانات Facebook ومنصات مشابهة

◆Must Have Skills
・Arabic native speaker
・Business level English (TOEIC 800)
・Work experience in an office / studied anything marketing-related (at least 1 of those)
・Interested in Japanese products and promoting them to AR market
・Strong Writing ability - necessary for writing high quality and interesting content that will appeal to
readers, as well as for communication with stakeholders such as event staff, affiliates, freelancers and
influencers.

◆Preferred Skills
・Experience in a B2C marketing role to AR market
・Experience in copywriting
・Experience in influencer marketing
・Experience in any paid ad platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar

- 9:00 صباحاً - 10:00 صباحاً: الروتين الصباحي - الوصول إلى العمل، الحصول على القهوة، التواصل مع الفريق، مراجعة الإيميل.

- 10:00 صباحاً - 11:00 صباحاً: تحليل البيانات - التحقق من أداء الإعلانات وإجراء تغييرات تحسينية للأداء.

- 11:00 صباحاً - 12:00 ظهراً: التركيز على البحث - بحث عن الكلمات الرئيسية والمواضيع الرائجة على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للحصول على أفكار لتحسين محركات البحث لمدونة ZenMarket.

- 2:00 ظهراً - 3:00 ظهراً: الإدارة - إرسال مهام الكتابة إلى الكتابلإكمالها، مراجعة الأعمال التي تم تقديمها بالفعل من قبل الكتاب ونشرها إذا تم قبولها.

- 3:00 ظهراً - 4:00 مساءً: إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي - إعداد مواد إبداعية للاستخدام في إعلانات النقر ومشاركات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي العضوية استناداً إلى البحث المكتمل. جدولة مشاركات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

- 4:00 مساءً - 5:00 مساءً: الاختتام - تصميم رسائل إيميل جذابة لإرسالها إلى شرائح مختلفة من المشتركين لتحفيزهم على القراءة أو الشراء أو المشاركة. الانتهاء من المهام المتبقية والاستعداد لليوم التالي.

- وقت مرن - وقت الدوام الأساسي من الساعة 10:00 صباحاً - 4:00 مساءً مع استراحة تصل إلى 2 ساعة. [8 ساعات عمل في اليوم]

* يتطلب وقت ثابت في العمل خلال الأشهر القليلة الأولى بحكم التدريب على الوظيفة.

عطلة نهاية العام ورأس السنة (4 أيام)

26 يوم إجازة مدفوعة في العام (مع زيادة سنوية)

<الراتب>

- 270,000 - 290,000 ين ياباني شهرياً (بناءً على الخبرة السابقة والقدرة)

- مكافأة مرتين في السنة (يونيو وديسمبر)

◆Sample day at work
9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at work, get coffee, check-in with the team, catch up with outstanding emails
10~11 Data: Check PPC ads performance and make changes that will optimize and improve the campaigns in the long term..
11~12 Focus block: Research Keywords and topics trending on SNS for ideas on SEO content for the ZenMarket blog.
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Focus block continued: Research Keywords and topics trending on SNS for ideas on SEO content for the ZenMarket blog.
15~16 Management: Send writing tasks to freelancers to complete. Review work already submitted by freelancers and publish if accepted.
16~17: SNS management : Make creatives for use in PPC ads and organic SNS posts based on completed research. Schedule SNS posts.
17~18 Wrap up: Design engaging emails to be sent out to various segments of subscribers to prompt them to read, purchase or share. Finish up the remaining task and prepare for tomorrow.

・Permanent employee (Full Time)

◆Working Hours
・Flex time - Core time from 10:00 - 16:00 with up to 2 hours lunch 【8 Working hours per day】
*fixed working time required for the first few months due to OJT
→Two days off per week(Saturday & Sunday)
Year end and new years holidays (4 days)
26 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

◆Salary
・¥270,000 - ¥290,000 per month(Based on previous experience and ability)
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)
