1. The main responsibilities are:

  • General front desk or reception related duties
  • Check-in and check-out duties
  • Response to the inquiries of customers
  • Reservation duties for the accommodations including hotel, office, and residence
  • Restaurant concierge services
  • General inspection of the facilities

2. Once the candidates join the company, they will undergo one month of in-depth training to gain a full range of experience from front desk to backyard work.

3. The senior staffs will carefully teach you from the beginning. We will also conduct role-playing sessions for customer service, so you may boost up your confidence when it comes to the real-life work situation.
