職務内容
Work Location: Japan
Work Hours: This is a work from home remote position with Flexible working hours.
Job Description (Including but not limited to the following):
- To manage the recruitment and developments of talents in the Japanese – speaking market.
- To maintain Japanese – speaking market users, solve problems faced by customers timely.
- Provide and propose advice for product design, combining with Japanese culture
- To maintain internal and external communications
- Monitor day-to-day operations and recommend improvements necessary
- Assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
- Ensure that operations are in legal compliance with local and national regulations
- Any other tasks assigned by the person in charge
