Job Description
General hotel operations such as front desk operations, reservation reception, data entry, etc.

AM / check-out support, PM / reservation check / office work
■ Late
check-in support, word-of-mouth review reply, luggage Carrying in,
dealing with overseas customers (restaurant reservation agency)
■ Night shift
credit card processing, customer data entry, patrol in the hall, check-out support

Early shift / 7: 00-16: 00, 8: 00-17: 00
Late shift / 13: 00-22: 00, 14: 00-23: 00
