Job Description
We are looking for 1 teacher (full-time) and (part-time) to join our English Immersion Kindergarten!
**Part-time position schedule is slightly different.
Marty’s International Kinder is hiring for January 2022 to March 2023 school year.
If you are bored, unsatisfied, or want more responsibilities without micro-management then, please consider us. We are looking for a teacher who enjoys teaching young children and shaping their minds. We hope the new incoming teacher has ideas they want to explore, expand, and develop with us.
Our small team has a lot to offer for everyone that can leave their ego at the door. At our workplace, we don’t have office politics, talking behind the back, gossiping, or passive-aggressive decision-making. We are a friendly group, sharing in the common goals of the company and each working toward our own personal goal within the company.
The school needs a teacher who:
• Loves working with children and is energetic.
• Needs to be able to work with others as a team player.
• Is creative, organized, compassionate, and personable. Doesn't mind getting hands dirty.
• Can work in a classroom on their own or with others.
• Wants to have the time of your life nurturing young children.
Teaching duties:
Teach a kindergarten (preschool) class from 9:00-15:00.
Staff eats with students during lunch.
The staff has an hour break sometime between 15:00-17:00.
There will be some after-school classes on the schedule.
The number of classes on a schedule depends on sign-up for the April school year.
Currently, teachers have around 2-4 evening classes per week.
Teachers must clean and maintain their own classrooms.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:30
Location: Gifu-ken, Mizuho-shi
Remuneration details:
Monthly salary between 250,000-280,000 depending on experience and abilities.
Staff receives a number of days of paid leave that can be used as desired.
This is in addition to the school’s scheduled holidays and breaks.
Staff receives ½ of their health insurance paid.
Staff receives ½ of their pension paid.
Staff receives ½ of their unemployment insurance paid.
Staff’s children may attend the Kindergarten for free (some minor fees like lunch and uniform will be required)!
We can assist with relocation to Mizuho city for those that need it.
