We are ZenMarket, a global company based in Osaka serving customers all around the world. We are a diverse team representing 24 nationalities and providing our services to the world in over 10 languages.

◆What We Do
・We connect Japan to the rest of the world by providing a marketplace for foreigners to enjoy Japanese products in over 10 languages through our ZenMarket proxy buying platform.
・Via our ZenPop service we offer a subscription box service delivering highly curated boxes of snacks, stationery supplies and other goods all over the world.
・For Japanese brands looking to break into the world of ecommerce we offer our ZenPlus EC-Mall where the best of “made in Japan” can market their goods to a global audience. 

◆Why We Are Hiring
・With the success of our ZenMarket product in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan we have decided to market our other two services (ZenPop and ZenPlus) in traditional Chinese as well. In order to grow our business in these regions we are looking for native Chinese speakers to head up the marketing campaigns in countries where Traditional Chinese is used. 

<About the Position>

◆Position Title
・Chinese (Traditional) Marketer

◆Duties
・Content Marketing
・Data Analysis(Google Analytics etc)
・Email Marketing
・Digital Advertisements
・Social Network Account Management

◆Sample day at work
9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at work, get coffee, read up on current marketing trends
10~11 Catch up: Read and reply to emails, touch base with other team members
11~12 Focus block: Find your priority tasks and focus on them for 1~ hour
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Data: Check KPIs and analytics data, cultivate ideas/suggestions to improve, prepare data and topics for meetings
15~17 Focus block: Carry those ideas forward – schedule SNS posts, write content, contact influencers, oversee the status of collaborations and campaigns
17~18 Wrap up: Finish any left over emails, touch base one last time with team members to update on what got done/didn’t get done, wrap any left over work

◆Employment Type
・Contract Employee (Full Time)
※Permanent employment available 3 years after joining the company. (There are many members who have become permanent employees)

◆Working Hours
・9:15 ~ 18:15
→Two days off per week.
  Year end and new years holidays
  Total 22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

◆Salary
・¥260,000 or more per month (Based on previous experience and ability)
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)

・Conversational Level Japanese (JLPT N3)
・Basic Computer Skills(Microsoft Office, GSuite, etc.)

◆日常工作流程例子
9~10時   抵達公司,泡咖啡,掌握最新市場趨勢資訊
10~11時 查看並回覆電郵, 與其他團隊成員交流討論
11~12時 優先處理緊迫重要的任務
12~13時 中午用膳
13~14時 跟進KPI並分析資料數據,構思改善策略,為會議準備資料和內容等
15~17時 執行改善策略 – 策劃安排SNS的內容,撰寫文案,聯繫KOL,監察評估合作進度及廣告成效等
17~18時 檢查回覆電郵,與其他成員匯報已完成及未完成工作等。

◆招聘形式
契約僱員(全職)
※工作滿3年後可轉為正社員 (不少成員已轉為正社員)

◆工作時間
・9:15 ~ 18:15
→每週2天休息日
  年終假期和新年假期
  全年共22天有薪假期 (每年遞增)

◆薪酬
・每月¥260,000 (視乎經驗及能力而定)
・每年發放2次奬金(6月及12月)
