Job Description
The Senior UX Designer will work with the head of the Design & Delivery team to ensure that all aspects of UX and the UX team are working to their full potential.
You will be responsible for determining UX policies and standards and ensuring that the team adheres to those policies. You will also work with other department heads and the General Manager to ensure that projects are delivered in the best possible way for the benefit of the client and Tigerspike.
(Main duties)
・Prepare, conduct and document workshops.
・Conduct user surveys and document the analysis of the survey results.
・Create and communicate user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and site maps.
・Conduct UX reviews during the design and development process of products.
・Expedite the user testing process
Job Requirements
Advanced level of Japanese N2.
Have a passion for UX
Very good interpersonal skills.
Effective written communication skills

Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
