職務内容
Job Description
・顧客が抱える課題の可視化・施策の検討
・ベトナムのAIエンジニアチーム含めたプロジェクト全体のマネジメント
・プロジェクト計画策定、進捗管理、リスク管理、品質管理
・顧客・パートナー会社へのプロジェクト進捗報告、交渉・調整
・営業チームとのコミュニケーション（クロスセル/アップセルの実現）
・顧客ヒアリングを基にした要件定義書の作成
Visualization of issues faced by customers and consideration of measures
Management of the entire project, including the AI engineer team in Vietnam
Project planning, progress management, risk management, and quality control
Project planning, progress management, risk management, and quality control ・Project progress reporting, negotiation, and coordination with clients and partner companies
Communication with sales team (realization of cross-selling/up-selling)
Preparation of requirement definitions based on customer interviews
Job Requirements
・Webをベースとした業務アプリケーションの要件定義から開発、テストまでの一連のソフトウェア開発工程のご経験
・PMもしくはチームリーダーとしての顧客折衝・メンバーマネジメントのご経験
・ネイティブレベルの日本語
・日常会話レベルの英語力
Experience in a series of software development processes from requirements definition to development and testing of web-based business applications
Experience in customer negotiation and member management as a PM or team leader
Native level of Japanese
Daily conversation level of English
