Job Description
As a Supply Chain Analyst for this company, you will be responsible for quoting, receiving, delivering, and billing for mechanical parts and services.
We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst who is responsible for procurement, aftermarket sales proposal development, supply chain category management, data analysis, and various improvement projects.
＜Specifically...
-Prepare aftermarket sales proposals, including responding to Requests for Quotes (RFQs), cost/price calculations, shipping management and tracking, and billing.
-Project/procurement management, including cost control and deadlines
-Data analysis using Excel, Access and BI tools (inventory checks, product pricing/costs, category management)
-Post-sales customer support, etc.
Job Requirements
-Fluent Japanese (able to handle phone calls)
-Business level English
-Accounting or analyst experience
-Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and initiative
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with people of different levels and nationalities
