Applicants must be able to relocate to Hawaii towards April / May of next year after receiving initial training.
■This position is for the manager on site that manages and operates the overseas stores for our company.
■Duties include a wide range of management duties to store operations, such as: making plans to increase sales, ordering necessary ingredients, maintaining the quality of the food served, maintaining cleanliness of the store, creating a nice atmosphere for customers, managing human resources, and etc.
■This person should be able to provide customer service, cook the dishes, and provide guidance and education for the staffs by leading the field by example. Also, the store manager should be able to record the sales of the day after the business is closed, create a daily business report, and report it to the head office.
■Be a leader on the field and bring together the employees, flourish the business by earning the trust and good reputation by customers.
■Address the significance of these goals to all the employees in an easy-to-understand fashion and emphasize the importance of making the best efforts.
■Bring out the strengths of the staff and make the most out of them.
■Communicate closely with the staff and recognize the issues.
■Acquire knowledge and skills to guide the staff.
$33,000~$50,000/ per year

■MUST BE A UNITED STATES CITIZEN WITH EITHER JAPANESE PERMANENT RESIDENT, SPOUSAL VISA, OR DUAL CITIZENSHIP AS WELL SINCE WE DO NOT SUPPORT VISA SPONSORSHIP.
■MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE INITIAL TRAINING IN OSAKA FOR ABOUT 5~6 MONTHS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO HAWAII. UNFORTUNATELY, NO HOUSING SUPPORT DURING THAT TIME.
■Should be able to start from the bottom and take steps towards being a store manager.
■Those with related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience are welcome.
■Experience in Hospitality industry. Managerial or/and Supervisory experience preferred.
■Ability to effectively communicate with individuals and in group settings.
■Ability to use a computer and basic applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
■Ability to understand various information and apply knowledge to write accurate documents or/and instructions.
■Able to deliver information efficiently and effectively to others including the management and the company.
■Able to withstand pressure and handle multiple-tasks.
