職務内容

“IT JOBs in Japan” by Nihongo Online School was made in Sep 2019 based in Tokyo Japan with a mission “to create a Japanese society where foreigners can play an active role in Japan”.

Since 2019, we started Japanese language education for foreign learners of Japanese, and from Oct 2021, we started supporting foreign IT engineers to find a better job in Japan as a Recruitment specialists.

• Recruitment in the Tech industry mainly
• Work in a cross functional environment
• Strive for improvements in all aspects of the operations, efficiency, and ability to scale

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Ability to communicate in English and basic level of Japanese

Nice to have:

• 1+ year of recruitment in the Tech industry
• 1+ year of engineering experience such as System development using any of the programming languages.
