 As Marketing Manager at Global Dining, You will be managing a team of 4 specialists who you will team up to bring high-quality digital content to define and articulate our philosophy and vision to inspire others. By using your experience in leadership and mentorship to provide growth to Global Dining's brand and team, working collaboratively with the US office to promote our culture in Japan and across the globe

As a Marketing Manager, you will:

• Manage and supervise the marketing team and make sure the team delivers high-quality content before the deadlines.
• Quality assurance management, mentor and approve contents from the team promptly
• Partner with leaders and deliver high-quality marketing content across all our 47 restaurants and corporate.
• Manage all social media accounts and interact with audiences, content in both Japanese and English
• Display mentorship and leadership when taking responsibility for your team
• Make sure all content fits into our company's philosophy
• Regular and timely management and communication with the team to keep them proactively informed and to ensure a positive working environment
