【Business Description】

The company is an AI startup based in Tokyo and London. Using world-class opportunity learning models, the company's approach is unimaginable to humans, allowing it to develop new drugs without relying on information about the three-dimensional structure of the drug, which was previously necessary. The company acquires and licenses out new drug candidates.

In the PC-based R&D = dry results, they have twice achieved SOTA (State of the Art, meaning state-of-the-art performance in the field of machine learning) and have been awarded the prestigious international In addition, they have discovered several promising compounds in wet experiments.

【Summary】

A machine learning engineer in the CEO office will focus on developing a specific machine learning model, leveraging the knowledge of experts in the field of biotechnology to design solutions. Our business is to make valuable new discoveries with the developed models to take to market. Not the models themselves, nor our ability to develop them, will be the actual products - hence, your ability to translate scientific problems into forms where machine learning will be able to solve them, will be essential for the role. This position therefore requires a full-stack ability to design and implement problems on your own. Although the skill level required is high, the fact that the position is exclusive to the CEO office means that you will be able to devote yourself to a single scientific challenge over the long term.
