【Required】

Schema design and efficient query creation in DB (RDB, NoSQL, etc.)
Experience in operation/tuning of web applications, knowledge of security
Experience in software architecture design and middleware selection
Ability to take ownership and drive software development

【Working Style】
The company has an open corporate culture where people discuss architecture on Slack, send pull requests to each other on GitHub, and share knowledge on the internal wiki. They hold weekly study sessions for engineers, such as Go Friday, which any member of the company can participate in, and engineers improve each other's skills. Some of the members have no experience in developing web applications in Go before joining the company, but they are quickly becoming Gopher through the internal community and the short intensive lectures called gopher dojo. They are further improving their expertise while demonstrating their presence to the internal and external engineering communities.

I/F design between microservices using Protocol Buffers + gRPC
Measuring the effectiveness of measures and improving services through quantitative and qualitative analysis of user behavior logs, etc.
Architecture design and middleware selection based on application requirements
Performance tuning of microservices, monitoring, and alert response
