Minimum job requirements and preferred qualifications:

• Strong swimming abilities & knowledge of basic swimming strokes
• Currently living in Japan with a valid visa
• 2 years teaching experience with elementary and/or middle school students
• Teaching Certification (preferred)
• Mondays / 8:00am ~ 1:00pm (5 hours)
• Wednesdays / 8:00am ~ 3:00pm (6 hours + 1 hour lunch break unpaid)
• Fridays / 12:00pm ~ 1:30pm (1.5 hours)

• This part-time position starts immediately
• The assistant works with a lead swimming instructor and teaches classes of students from Kindergarten through Grade 9.
• Each class is a 45-minute block
• This position runs through Wednesday, June 22nd
• Transportation is paid
