• Weekend work required (All employees must work at least one weekend day, or both for a 10% incentive)

If this describes you, and you are an extroverted, fun and friendly person who loves children, then this is the dream job for you! We are now hiring bilingual receptionists for our unique classes in the Tokyo area.

My Gym Japan allows children to improve their physical, mental and English abilities in an immersive English environment. Our classes are fun, fast paced and the kids have lots of fun interacting with our outgoing instructors. While classes and communication with the students is all in English our staff on the reception desk must be able to communicate in both English and Japanese with Japanese customers fluently and professionally to ensure that they are receiving world class service.

The position requires many skills, and is a great opportunity to grow in fields of sales, management, marketing and customer service.

 

Compensation:

- 1,300 yen per hour starting with regular evaluations and pay raises (1,250 during the probation period)

- Previous experience and background can also affect the starting wage.
