職務内容
Human resource consulting position which for an agency that works with venture companies, IT Engineer and Web designer, Native English teacher and Hotel staff, etc; ★
- Candidate information gathering, interview (office at Shinjuku or online remote work)
- Promotion and scouting of job-hunting activities to candidates
- SNS Marketing (Instagram/twitter/LINE/face book/YouTube/Linked in/Wantedly, etc;)
- Follow up referrals to client companies and facilitate interview / recruitment
process

★ 中小ベンチャー企業のITエンジニアやデザイナーの理系ポジション、さらにネイティブ英語教師やホテルマンの文系ポジションをメインターゲットとした人材コンサルティング★
- 候補者の情報収集、面接（新宿オフィス、またはオンラインでのリモートワーク）
- 候補者への転職活動スカウト
- SNSマーケティング (Instagram/twitter/LINE/face book/You Tube/Linked in/Wantedly etc;)
- クライアント企業への候補者紹介のフォローアップと、面接/採用プロセスの促進
Details
Working Hours：9: 00-18: 00 (1 hour break)
Salary：200,000 - 250,000 JPY / Monthly（depends on skills and other factors）
Holiday：Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Location：Shinjuku（Remote work possible）
