職務内容

Work at a resort hotel at the front desk. Work including:
・ Guiding guests, pick-up and drop-off of guest's car.
・ Luggage storage for arrival guests and guidance to guest rooms
・ Check-in and check-out operations
・ Reservation reception work such as telephone and e-mail
・ Information inside and outside the building and inquiries

Prior to joining the company, we will conduct hospitality training at JTB Communication Design.

◼️Required requirements
・ Person who has experience working in a hotel
・ Person who can serve customers in English (TOIEC, etc. does not matter)
・ Those with high communication skills in Japanese. Ability to speak smoothly in Japanese and answer questions accurately
・ Person who can support both day & night shift

Employment type: Full time (Seishain)
Probationary  period: 3 months

Salary: 2.16 million yen to 3.36 million yen

Retirement plan: 3 years or more of service

Salary raise once a year
Bonuses may be paid according to performance

Work location: Kunigami-gun, Okinawa
Working hours 09: 00-18: 00
