【Job Content】
Currently, we are developing our own products and outsourcing within the group at a Vietnam group company (Ho Chi Minh). For that, we are now recruiting someone who can act as a bridge between Japan and Vietnam, and who will also become a tech lead of the Vietnamese engineer, and also become CTO in the future.

Specific work content
・Coordination with Japan and Vietnam, delivery management, and progress confirmation
・ Management of Vietnamese engineers
・ Other adjustment works

Japan side: 7 people (1 Chinese nationality *not an engineer)
Vietnam side: Japanese director + 10 people (engineer) * Average age in early 30s

Here is the development environment in Japan side:
■Language：Python2.7、Python3.0 、 JavaScript
■Framework：Django
■OS : Linux( CentOS ) / Windows to support some office automation
■DB: MySQL / MongoDB / Microsoft SQL Server
■Infrastructure：AWS / GCP
■Proxy：nginx
■Services used in the development environment：Github, CircleCI, Sentry, Redmine, ,etc

【Employment Type】
Full-time (trial period 3 months)

【Work Location】
Minato-ku, Tokyo

【Working Hours】
9.30-18.30
*There is barely any overtime work, but there may be some during busy season

【Requirements】
・Native Vietnamese
・Japanese N3 (English is usually used when communicating with team from Japanese side thus there should be no problem even if your Japanese is conversational level, however if your Japanese skill is low, English skill will be compulsory)
・Knowledge or experience in Web App Development (Those with knowledge of bridges and IT consulting will also be considered)
・Cloud knowledge such as AWS, etc

【仕事内容】
現在自社プロダクト及びグループ内受託の開発をベトナムのグループ会社（ホーチミン）で行っています。今回まずは日本とベトナムのブリッジの役割を行っていただきつつ、将来的にはベトナム側のエンジニアのテックリード、更に CTO になっていただけるような方を求めています。

・日本側及びベトナム側との調整及び納期管理、進捗確認
・ベトナム人エンジニアのマネジメント

日本側：7 名（1 名中国籍※エンジニアではありません）
ベトナム側：日本人拠点長＋10 名（エンジニア）※平均年齢 30 代前半

・ベトナム語ネイティブ

・WEB アプリケーション開発経験もしくは知識がある方※ブリッジや IT コンサルをやっていて知識がある方でも検討可
・AWS などのクラウド知識
