Xica's founder thought to bring statistical analysis to the world of business since his school days. He created a venture company to capitalize on data analysis consulting. For two years straight, Xica has had rapid sales growth over 200% yearly due to new product development and the increase in the number of engineers. Xica is diversity hiring and five out of six new engineers will be non-Japanese, in order to create a revolution in the world of marketing.
Job Requirements
Candidates with the following skills will be highly regarded:

● Logical thinking and can perceive issues logically
● Highly motivated to solve problems and achieve results
● Strong interest in marketing
Required - At least 2 years of experience in any of the following:
● The marketing department of a business
● Negotiation with business clients in the advertising industry
● Other work duties related to marketing and/or advertising
● Computer literacy
Desirable:
● Experience in operation of SEO/ search engine listing advertisements
● University level or equivalent studies in statistics and work experience using statistics
Job Description
Work in product development and consulting services for clients who have installed our flagship product "XICA Magellan", a leading nationwide service that enables the business to analyze and visualize the effectiveness of online advertising.
Our flagship product is the only tool in Japan that allows for integrated analysis of online and offline advertising including TV commercials and ads on public transport. It's used by more than 10% of the 100 companies with the highest advertising expenditure nationwide, and we are continuing to expand and grow as one of Japan's most prominent SaaS (Software as a service) start-up businesses.
When a XICA client adopts the "Magellan" system, the Marketing Consultant will:
● Consult on the practical use of XICA Magellan to solve client problems
● Work with clients to set analytical objectives and selection of necessary data
● Advise and consult with clients about analysis and reporting of results
The Marketing Consultant plays a critical role in our organisation to continually increase the levels of client satisfaction towards Magellan with regular advising and following up on issues, to contribute to successful year-long contract renewals which is the definitive KPI for SaaS products.
