Autocom Japan Inc. is a quality used car exporter operating worldwide with our main office based in Yokohama.
We are currently looking for new members for the Sales Support Team who will be entrusted with sales support and clerical work related to the export of cars in the overseas sales section.
As a member of our Sales Support Team, you will be entrusted with mainly administrative work related to sales support and exports, but it is not just a role to perform fixed "clerical" tasks.
As our business grows or the model changes, the number of vehicles we export is steadily increasing, so we need to be flexible, and you can also be involved in improving and changing the business flow.
- Main duties -
- Payments and vehicle status check
- Preparation and shipment of documents
- Other miscellaneous tasks
- Responding to inquiries from customers,
- Responding to requests from sales representatives,
- Preparing reports, etc. (You will be trained on how to do these tasks)
