General Manager (Entry-Level)
We are seeking an entry-level General Manager to lead our fast-growing 5-year-old small enterprise with an annual turnover of over 700 mm yen and an exceptional average growth rate of over 50% since startup. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various departments and ensuring the overall success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of currently 20 staff members including managers and supervisors, managing and optimizing company performance and efficiency, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating directly with the CEO.
- Lead, inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of 20 (mostly Japanese) employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of multiple departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives, with a focus on growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor and assess KPIs to measure the company's performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
