Job Requirements
**Required Qualifications:**
- **Japanese Language:** Business intermediate level or above (no certification required).
Please note that the interview will be conducted in Japanese. Please also prepare your application documents in Japanese.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of practical experience in software or application development as an IT engineer (depending on the content of your experience, we will actively consider even if it's around 2 years).
- Programming languages frequently used in our projects include Java, Javascript, PHP, Python, etc.

Job Description

Our SES division handles many prime contractor projects, offering diverse web development experiences. We handle direct contracts with major corporations like SoftBank and Recruit. Our projects include the development of communication systems, building systems for major companies, developing web comic apps and healthcare apps, and designing infrastructure for video streaming services.
