We are looking for candidates who meet all of the following requirements
- Fluent/near-native level of Japanese (N2-N1)
- Fluent/near-native level of English
- Professional experience in the translation or localization related works
- Being able to work steadily and independently
- Respond quickly to the urgent requests
- Great team player and able to communicate smoothly
Applicants who meet these qualifications are advantageous (non obligated):
- Experience in translation in the entertainment industry (2 years or more)
- Experience in the use of translation related tools
Job Description
1. Support and services related to translation and coordination for European/Asian languages
- Game localization in general
- Outsourcing translation
- Coordination of translation schedule
- Inspection of translation
- Coordination with overseas audio recording studios
- Management of LQA bug progress
- General translation related works
2. Future plans and projects of the company:
- Planning, development, operation, and distribution of smartphone games
- Planning, development, and sales of console games
- Planning, development, operation, and distribution of PC online games
3. Working hours: 10.00-18.00 (1 hour of break)
4. Days off
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
- Average annual holidays: 122 days
- Vacation system: Year-end and New Year vacations, special vacations, congratulatory or condolence leave, maternity/paternity leave, paid vacations
- Annual paid leave: 10 to 20 days are granted per year.
- Special leave: 6 days are granted per year.
- Birthday leave: 1 day/year, granted in the month of the employee's birthday.
- Residence leave: 1 day/month can be taken when the situation calls for (for example at the moment when commuting to work is difficult due to a medical condition)
