Job Description

Whom we are looking for

• A Japanese local with an interest in foreign and local culture is a must!
• A motivated, hardworking, and organized person with an eye to detail is a must!
• You have a cheerful personality and enjoy talking with people from various cultures.
• Good English level
• Based in Tokyo
• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Teaching Japanese as a Foreign Language or related a plus, but not a requirement!
• Knowledge of German, Spanish, French, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese or any other language is a big plus, as is having learned any other language!
• Want to build a long term career in the Language Teaching industry

What you will do

• Find and organize teachers, classrooms, and teaching materials to Students according to their schedules, requirements, and level.
• Find, and organize Homestays and other Accommodation options for Students based on their time of arrival and departure.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive and happy learning environment for LTL Students
• Work with the operations team and sales team to resolve any issues students may have during their stay.
• Assist the marketing team to promote development of the school and its operations.
• Partake in Language Teaching activities.
